Campaign Performance & Commitment

Local Dominance provides marketing services designed to generate homeowner inquiries through digital advertising platforms.

While we implement strategies intended to improve lead generation performance, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to:

number of inquiries or leads

booked estimates

closed projects

revenue or profit

Campaign performance may vary based on factors outside our control, including:

market competition

advertising platform algorithms

client follow-up practices

pricing and sales processes

seasonal demand

Management fees cover the professional services required to build, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns. Because these services are performed on an ongoing basis, management fees are generally non-refundable once services have been delivered.

Clients maintain full control over their advertising budgets and may pause or adjust campaigns at any time.

However, Local Dominance stands behind the performance of its campaign management process.

If a campaign does not generate meaningful inquiry volume within the first 30 days, Local Dominance will continue managing and optimizing the campaign at no additional management cost until meaningful inquiry activity is achieved, provided that:

the advertising campaign remains active

the client maintains the agreed advertising budget

the client follows recommended setup and access requirements

This commitment is designed to ensure that every campaign has the opportunity to generate real inquiry activity while recognizing that final business results depend on factors beyond the control of Local Dominance.
